In recent years, filter-based, wavelength
division multiplexing products have become the preferred method of increasing
bandwidth throughout optical networks. Our filter- based products serve DWDM,
CWDM, and WDM systems as core passive elements that direct, manage,
and monitor large numbers of optical signal channels. AFOP
utilizes proprietary thin film technology in the development and manufacture of
our DWDM, CWDM and WDM products. These include 100GHz and 200GHz dense wavelength
division multiplexing (DWDM) mux and demux modules that are used to separate and
combine different wavelength channels. These products incorporate our proprietary
v-collimator thin film technology and address the scalable demands of metropolitan
and last mile access applications. The product line also includes Add/Drop DWDM,
SpectraMuxTM Coarse WDM, and Filter WDM devices.
The data sheets below provide technical specifications for the DWDM and
Filter products. The data sheets are in Adobe Portable Document File (PDF), which
