engineers to make sure the specs is achievable. Taking care of
daily sales and customers' technical questions about products.
Carrying on product specification review with customers. Working
with Product Managers to move customers' specs into product engineers'
hand. Providing follow-up support in disseminating technical information
on specific application.
Requirements: This position requires someone who can provide solutions
that will best meet the customer's needs and can communicate effectively.
Self motivated with a positive attitude. Strong team player. Minimum
5 years of industry experience and/or related working experience

Staff Engineer, Job Code: AWB 107.RD - The qualified candidate will be
responsible for OE integration module development and production support. Designs,
modifies, and evaluates electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for
optical equipment and other hardware systems. Determines design approaches and
parameters. Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, and conducts experimental
tests and evaluates results. Selects components and equipment based on analysis
of specifications and reliability. Work closely with optical and mechanical team
to deliver prototype in a timely way. May also review vendor capability to support
development.
Requirements: MS in Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 8 years
related experience. Experience in fiber optics industry involving passive optical
module and active module design. Experience of opto-electronics design including
detector, control, testing etc. Good knowledge of fiber optics system and sub-system.
Fluent in CAD tools, knowledge about the EMI related issues. Need to be able to
travel to work at our China facility extensively. Good English oral and written
communication skills. Mandarin Chinese speaking skill is required.

operations executive with extensive hands-on experience in Fortune 500 global,
high-tech manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include: Overseeing production
facilities in the US and offshore. Meeting global production & logistic goals,
quality and cost objectives and handling logistics for multiple sites. Successful
candidate is high energy, results oriented with solid experience in QA, logistics,
production, manufacturing engineering, test & reliability strategies & processes,
and experience with ISO. Must possess strategic insight and have a solid technical
background. Must be willing to travel 75+% of time. Must have BS or equivalent
experience, advanced degree preferred, minimum 10 yrs related exp in a manufacturing
environment from prototype to full-scale manufacturing. APICS certification. Good
English oral and written communication skills and bilingual (English/Mandarin)
language skills required. Local candidates preferred.
