SUNNYVALE, Calif. - April 21, 2009. - Alliance Fiber Optic Products, Inc. (NASDAQ Small Cap: AFOP) is an innovative supplier of fiber optic components, subsystems, and integrated modules for the optical network equipment market. AFOP announces the release of the new Slimpack™ Reconfigurable LC Connectors (RLC) for SFF applications. It is a fast and easy way to change polarity without having to re-terminate. Slimpack RLC Connectors are available in both multimode and single mode versions with rear bodies and boots for 2mm, 2.4mm, or 3mm cable jackets.

AFOP also offers a complete line of adapters to support either the LC Slimpack or standard LC connectors.
